Types Meditation: How to know which one is for you?

People get confused because of the different meditation types out there. To keep it simple we are going to break it down in simple types, so that you do not get confused and learn the essence of it.
There are many different types of meditation. Some are very ancient methods used for thousands of years. Others are modern and sometimes more popular. You may want to explore the type that feels right for you.
All meditation types fall in two categories: concentrative and meditation
