I have recently taken up meditation. The basic "mindfulness of breathing". Im still trying to get use to it, but i find im getting better every time i try it. Its really relaxing.
Im currently doing it in the evenings after a shower, but I think i might start doing it in the mornings (as well as the evenings)..so, one 20 min session, twice daily.
Is this too much?
or
Does it matter how many times a day you meditate?
