Hello, I am leading a guided meditation this weekend and had hoped to use Thich Nhat Hanh's writing on the importance of mindfulness and intentionality.
It's been a while but it basically encourages you to be aware of all your actions, and awakens all your senses whilst you smell, peel, touch, taste etc the fruit.
I have scoured the internet and had no luck, and would be most grateful for a complete copy of the writing, or just things that people who have done it can remember. At this point I
