Comfortable Meditation Techniques

Your comfort in meditation is extremely important, the way you position your self when meditating can have a profound effect on your meditative experience, your comfort always comes first over some techniques to contort yourself, in ways that may be a hindrance unless you are a Yogi and can easily execute the lotus position. The easiest way to sit in meditation is in a dinning chair with a comfortable cushion place under your behind, as your mind will realize that if you fall asleep
