After spending 10 days in a meditation retreat in Thailand I've been continuing to meditate almost every day (between 1 and 2 hours) for about 15 months.
My question is this. I enjoy the meditation and the effect mindfulness and awareness, and I feel it is now a part of my life. But I currently feel as though i'm stuck between two worlds/lives - my previous life and that where I'm heading.
