Like I remember one--I forget the medical name--I found in a meditation-type article that said something like to inhale as deeply as you could, allowing the lungs to take in as much air as naturally possible, through the nose I think, then to exhale as much air as you could, through your mouth.
Stuff like that. Maybe if I could incorporate some of the techniques utilized in relaxation and transcendental
