how can i overcome depression if i can barely even move?

i've been in therapy long enough and read enough about depression to know the general steps towards feeling better..exercise, eating well, alternative therapies(acupuncture, herbal remedies, vitamins, etc..), mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavior and changing negative thought patterns..etc..and they all seem like they would have some benefit.. BUT:
how am i supposed to do any of these things if i have no energy, no interest, if i don't even feel alive? where am i supposed to get the
