To be mindful of breath or of body?

I'm trying to get far in anapanasati and develop mingdfulness for it, so I'm trying to keep mind mindful at all time outside meditation. I've read a lot of instructions on it and some tells me to stay with the breath all the time, and then some tells me to be mindful of the body movements, posture, blah blah whatever. So they kinda got me lost. I dont know if it's more effective to be mindful on the breath or body (OUTSIDE OF Meditation.)......... HElp :P
