It will take a lot of time to get used to all of these:
Right Understanding - Understand the four noble truths
Right Thought - thoughts of love and non-violence extending to all beings
Right Speech - Do not speak of anyone or anything negatively, even behind their back
Right Action - No killing or causing to kill, no stealing, no sexual misconduct, no taking of narcotics or
intoxicating drinks
Right Livelihood - Avoid the living of which harms others, including trading weapons, trading human
