Do you use "affirmations"?

What do you affirm?

Here's a beautiful meditation I came across by Thich Nhat Hanh:
-Breathe in with a "Calming" breath, relaxing your body
-Breathe out with a "Smiling" breath, relaxing your face muscles,
-Breathe in with a "present moment" breath, mindful of this moment, in this moment,
-Breathe out with a "wonderful moment" breath, grateful for the beauty of the moment.

Affirm each in your mind as you breathe, Calming-Smiling-present moment-wonderful moment.
